1. Eligibility
Reeltor.video is intended solely for licensed real estate professionals and MLS participants. By using this platform, you represent that:
- You hold a valid real estate license.
- You are authorized to access and use MLS data in your jurisdiction.
- You are in good standing with your brokerage and MLS.
2. User Representations
By generating content using Reeltor, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and authorization to use any listing content, including photographs.
- Your use of the platform complies with all MLS rules, IDX policies, and brokerage guidelines.
- You will not use the platform to violate MLS regulations or advertising laws.
Reeltor does not independently verify user authorization status.
3. MLS & Data Compliance
Reeltor integrates with licensed data feeds where applicable. Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring listing use complies with MLS and brokerage policies.
- Removing or discontinuing use of content if listing status changes.
- Complying with attribution requirements.
Reeltor reserves the right to suspend accounts for suspected compliance violations.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and system architecture are the intellectual property of Reeltor.video.
- Users retain rights to videos they generate, subject to MLS and brokerage rules.
- Reeltor does not claim ownership of MLS data or listing photos.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Reeltor is a marketing tool. We do not guarantee:
- Leads
- Sales
- Increased followers
- Marketing performance
Results depend on user activity and market conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reeltor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeltor shall not be liable for:
- MLS violations
- Brokerage disputes
- Copyright claims arising from user-submitted or user-selected content
- Lost profits or indirect damages
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate MLS rules
- Misrepresent licensing status
- Abuse the platform
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
